Miniature Linear Guides TG Series - TGW-C/H(Wide Size)
IMTEK TG series products are miniature size linear guides with a compact structure rails and blocks set, which is also a Gothic arched contact design. This customized design allows it to bear the loads in multi directions.Miniature linear guides TG series are generally applied in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, printed circuit board IC assembly equipment, medical equipment, robotic arms and precision measuring instruments as well. IMTEK provides two types of blocks in TG series: standard size(TGN) and wide size(TGW).
For standard size TGN type, IMTEK can offer you normal length(C) and longer type(H). They have different performances on load capacities. Main features are as below:
- Smaller and lighter, make the TG seriessuitable for use in miniaturized equipment
- Gothic four-point contact designensures withstanding loads in multi directions, which is also with a good performance in high rigidity and high precision
- Miniature linear guides have a ball retainer inside, and it make it possible to be interchangeable.
TGW-C/H
TGW-C/H model is miniature size guide rails with wide type blocks, which has two lengths: -C for normal length and -H for extra length of block. They are generally applied in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, printed circuit board IC assembly equipment, medical equipment, robotic arms and precision measuring instruments as well. Non-interchangeable Model
TG series linear guides is divided into two types: non-interchangeable type and interchangeable type. Both of them share the same specifications but the blocks and rails of interchangeable type can be used interchangeably.
