Linear Guides by Material
Except normal type linear guides, IMTEK can also offer you various kinds of linear ball guides which are suitable for special environments, such as high temperature version, low noise version, or linear bearings requiring high corrosion resistance. Stainless steel linear guides are with a top performance in rust-proof protection.

Ball chain linear guides is also with self alignment capability and its ball chain design makes sure of the smooth movements and quieter than normal linear guides.

Stainless steel linear guides offer rust resistance for humid or mildly corrosive environments, helping maintain stable motion in special equipment.

With the Metal end seal and end cap, we can offer you a new series of high-temperature resistant linear guides, about 180° to 200°.

Black chrome plating adds corrosion resistance and a matte anti-glare surface for special environments.

Available square, flange, standard, and wide block designs are suitable for CNC machinery, gantry systems, heavy-duty automation, and high-stiffness applications. For heavy-duty selection, also review load rating, preload, mounting accuracy, and protection, or read this checklist for bearing steel linear rails in heavy-duty applications.
Square block roller guide option for high-rigidity motion axes, heavy loads, and compact machine mounting spaces.
Flange block roller guide option for stable mounting, stronger moment support, and heavy-duty automation systems.
Extended flange block design for higher moment resistance and better load distribution.
Miniature Linear Guides
Miniature linear guides cover TG, TGN, TGW, and stainless steel options for compact precision motion. These guide series are suitable for inspection devices, medical equipment, semiconductor equipment, compact automation modules, and small positioning stages where installation space, smooth motion, and clean structure matter.
High Positional Accuracy
Since the friction method of the IMTEK linear guides is rolling friction, the friction coefficient is reduced to 1/50th of the traditional sliding guides, and the difference between dynamic friction and static friction becomes quite small. Therefore, when the machine bed is running, there will be no slipping, and the positioning accuracy of μm can be achieved.

Less Wear and a Long-Term Lifespan
The traditional sliding friction mode will inevitably lead to poor platform motion accuracy due to the reverse flow of the oil film, and insufficient lubrication during movement, resulting in the wear of the contact surface of the running track, which seriously affects the accuracy. And the wear of the rolling guide is very small, so the machine can maintain accuracy for a long time.
Powerful Multi-directional Load Capability
Our patented linear guide structure is designed to withstand vertical, horizontal, and lateral loads, ensuring stability even under complex stress conditions. Unlike traditional rails, which are prone to misalignment, IMTEK rails improve machine stiffness and accuracy in multi-axis applications.

Conductive for High-speed Movement
Since the friction is quite small when the linear guides are running, the smaller power can make the machine bed run, especially when the bed is in a regular reciprocating motion, which can significantly reduce the power loss of the machine. And because the heat generated by friction is small, it is suitable for high-speed operation.
Efficient Lubrication Structure
A complex way of oil lubricant will cause the metal on the contacting surface to rub and wear the machine bed directly, so that it is not easy to be adequately lubricated. Drilling holes in the right places for the oil supply is critical for systems. IMTEK linear guides equipped with an oil injection nozzle on the sliders make it possible to inject the bearing grease with the grease gun, or using a special oil pipe joint connected to the oil supply pipe through the automatic oil supply device for efficient ball bearing oil lubrication.

Easy to Assemble and to Interchange
When dealing with linear guide assembly, you just need to simply mill or grind the mounting surface of the guide rails on the table and follow the recommended steps to fix the guides and linear slides to the machine table with a specific torque to regain high accuracy. Whereas conventional linear guide rails require removing the running rails, which is laborious and time-consuming, linear guides are interchangeable. Slides, guides, and even pairs of linear guides can be replaced individually, and the machine can regain high-precision operation.

Linear guides are a kind of high precision components designed to control and gurantee the running smooth, low-friction performance in machinery. This system is made up of a linear guide rail and a carriage with rolling elements, such as steel balls or rollers which can make sure the accurate alignment and have a tiny wear during their movement.
Ball linear guides are suitable for smooth, low-friction motion in general automation, packaging equipment, transfer axes, and machine tools. Roller linear guides are better for higher rigidity, stronger load capacity, and better moment resistance. Miniature linear guides are used for compact precision motion in inspection devices, medical equipment, semiconductor equipment, and small automation modules.
For ball linear guides, common options include TO, TOH, TOW, TT, and TTW series. For roller linear guides, TZ, TZH, and TZW series are used when higher stiffness and load support are required. For compact applications, TG, TGN, TGW, and stainless steel miniature guide options can be selected based on space, load direction, environment, and accuracy requirements.
